Intro..
This focuses on the definition of salvation and why we need it.
Chapter 1
This kicks off Part 1, where we lay the groundwork for understanding man’s need for salvation. Here, we focus on why sin is so insidious, which our traditions and modern culture have lost sight of.
Chapter 2
This delves into man’s attempts to correct and/or compensate for sin, according to man’s own thinking. We see why man’s efforts are pitiful at best.
Chapter 3
This focuses on the tripartite nature of man. From this, we see how man became corrupt to the very core and examine his dire need for salvation.
Chapter 4
This focuses on God’s standards for righteousness, by exploring the lives of two men whom the scripture labels as righteous.
Chapter 5
This focuses on biblical Israel from the viewpoint of God. From this, we begin to grasp separation of church and state from God’s perspective.
Chapter 6
Here, we begin to explore who Jesus is. We examine why He is confusing to so many and we set the record straight.
Chapter 7
This kicks off Part 2 of the book. Here we begin with the first step of salvation; regeneration. Regeneration kicks off salvation from the very core of man.
Chapter 8
We explore how man having been regenerated, can sustain justification before God. That is, how man can begin to be seen as righteous by God.
Chapter 9
Here we detail what brings about the conversion of man. We explore what enables man to approach God and seek His presence.
Chapter 10
Here, we detail what qualifies man to be approached by God. We detail how man can continually abide in the presence of God.
Chapter 11
Here, we go over what we have learnt so far, and examine action steps to be taken by the new convert and by the old convert who has fallen to the biblical distortions of our culture.
Chapter 12
Here, we make specific appeal to people of various religious backgrounds: Muslims, Jews, Jehovah’s Witnesses, adherents of Greek, Asian and African mythologies and all atheists and agnostics.
Chapter 13
This contains final exhortations and encouragements to them that have come to know the Lord’s salvation.
